Sales Agreement
Our purchase agreement is an easy-to-understand three-page document. Once the terms are agreed upon and the purchase agreement is signed, we can move forward with the land sales process.
Title Search
A title company will perform the necessary search to ensure everything is on the up-and-up with the property. This is a straight-forward process. And don’t worry – we’ll pay all expenses!
The Paperwork
All we need to close the deal is a signed, notarized deed and a couple of tax documents, which we’ll take care of preparing. Don’t live in the area? No prob – documents can be sent using certified mail.
Get Paid
When we close, you’ll get a cashier’s check for the exact amount of the agreed upon purchase price (we pay all closing fees). A cashier’s check is an official check that the bank issues and signs.
